We meet Saturdays at 4:00-6:00 at Sky Movement Studio, 925 South Street, Peekskill, NY.

    Shelly - Thanks for taking the time to do this. I felt great after yesterday's class. Henry and Jothy did a nice job. I'm looking forward to the next time I can make the class - namaste
